Mainland Testing is a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE), an active member of Texas City, Santa Fe and North Galveston Chambers of Commerce.  We are a certified Port of Houston vendor, business partner of Safety Council of Texas City and a certified State of Texas HUB.  The statewide HUB Program facilitates the use of HUBs in state procurement and provides information on the state’s procurement process to minority and woman-owned businesses".
